E-challan not to be implemented till people are educated about it: Mauvin Godinho
Panaji: Transport Minister Mauvin Godinho has said that the e-challan will not be issued to the public, till they are educated about it.
Godinho said that the new system will not be implemented till there are proper signages and the people are educated about it.
