Panaji: At the backdrop of Pulwama terror attack, a senior Congress leader, on Wednesday, accused BJP of misusing Defence forces to retain power in the Centre.
All India Congress Committee Secretary A Chellakumar responded in positive, during a press conference, replying a question whether BJP was misusing defence forces to retain power in the Centre through upcoming Lok Sabha election.
“Yes. People are thinking so now. People are not fools. Prime Minister and Amit Shah can go to any extend to retain power,” Chellakumar said when asked whether he thinks that BJP was using defence forces for power.
Congress leader said that recently a video clipping had surfaced which claimed that Godhra incident was planned by BJP.
“If it is so why not Pulwama incidents also? They have identified Jawans’ bodies but where is the body of terrorists. So far they have not been able to show terrorists body to the people,” he said.
