Panaji: Director General of Police Jaspal Singh on Saturday congratulated his team for cracking murder cases reported in the state.
DGP wrote on ‘X’ (formerly twitter): Kudos to North and South Goa police for swiftly moving and arresting murder accused. Except in one case the accused and victims shared a relationship of confidence – Husband, lovers, friends and kinship. In such cases only certainty of punishment is the only deterrence.
