Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 80 and reached 52,262 on Friday, a health department official said.
The death toll touched 753 as one of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 50,643 with 61 of them getting discharged on Friday. The number of active cases is now 866, the official said.
“With 1,705 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 4,25,033,” he added.
