Panaji: On the recommendation of the Police Establishment Board, eight police sub-inspectors have been promoted to the post of police inspector purely on officiating basis these officers were posted at different talukas of Goa including Bardez, Salcette, Sattari and Tiswadi.
The names of these inspectors who are now promoted to the post of Police Inspectors are as follows: Gautam Salunkhe, Laxi Amonkar, Sagun Sawant, Ditendra Naik, Gourish Parab, Vidyesh V. Pilgaokar, Chandrakant Gawas and Prashal Naik Desai.
