Panaji: Total 407 new cases of COVID-19 infection was reported in Goa on Sunday, taking the total tally to 28,429.
The health department official said that 537 people were recovered on Sunday, after which 22,297 people have been declared as recovered by the state government.
In all 1,411 samples were tested of which 407 were tested positive, he said.
In all nine people died on Sunday taking the death toll to 351 in the coastal state.
