Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 95 and reached 51,230 on Saturday,  a health department official said.

The death toll remained at 739 as none of the  patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.

The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 49,570 with 104 of them getting discharge on Saturday. The number of active cases is now 921, the official said.

“With 1620 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to  4,02,289,” he added.
