COVID-19: 60 new cases, zero deaths

Panaji:  Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 60 and reached 52,405 on Sunday,  a health department official said.

The death toll remained at 756 as none  of the  patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.

The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 50,771 with 59 of them getting discharged on Sunday. The number of active cases is now 878, the official said.

“With 1,232 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to  4,27,935,” he added.
