COVID-19: 29 new cases, zero deaths

Panaji:  Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 29 and reached 54,591 on Monday, a health department official said.

The death toll remained at 787 as none of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.

The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 53,340 with 53 of them getting discharged on Monday. The number of active cases is now 464, the official said.

“With 1,053 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 4,83,675,” he added.
