Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 247 and reached 59,315 on Monday , a health department official said.
The death toll mounted to 837 as two of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 56,298 with 142 of them getting discharged on Monday. The number of active cases is now 2,180, the official said.
“With 2,046 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 5,55,457,” he added.
