Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 127 and reached 57,839 on Tuesday , a health department official said.
The death toll mounted to 829 as one of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 55,591 with 136 of them getting discharged on Tuesday . The number of active cases is now 1419, the official said.
“With 1,507 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 5,42,300,” he added.
