Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 112 and reached 48,686 on Sunday, a health department official said.
The death toll touched 698 as one patient succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 46,624 with 131 of them getting discharge on Sunday. The number of active cases is now 1364, the official said.
“A total of 1,143 samples were tested during the day,” he added.
