Panaji: Congress party has begun shortlisting its candidates for Panaji by-election which is scheduled next month.
Congress Goa Chief Spokesman Sunil Kawathankar said that the process to shortlist the candidates for Panaji by election has begun. “There are many leaders in Panaji who have the capability to win the seat,” he said.
He said that the senior leaders from the party will meet to finalise on the candidate who will win the seat for congress.
