Panaji: Congress party has filed a police complaint against director of Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) Jyoti Sardessai demanding her arrest for covering up the entire issue of formalin in fish.
Congress North Goa District Committee President Vijay Bhike has filed complaint against Sardessai before Agassaim police station, seeking action under section 272, 273, 336 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and other provisions of the Food Safety Act.
