Porvorim: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant told assured House to conduct inquiry into the Communidade land scams across State.
Sawant said that he will seek records of the land deals done by each and every Communidades in the State and will conduct inquire. “Wherever such illegalities are found, serious action would be initiated,” he said.
Sawant said that he will go into every details of land deals like conversion, mutation, forgery, etc.
During Question Hour, Congress MLA Alexio Reginaldo Lourenco and Independent MLA Rohan Khaunte questioned government failure to take action against Administrator of Communidade-in the multi-crore scam linked to Serula Communidade
Chief Minister said that he is unaware about the status of the case but assured to take necessary action.
