Panaji: Corporation of City of Panaji today held inspection for premonsoon preparations around Panaji bus stand area.
Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation’s Vice Chairman Siddharth Kunkolienkar was also present for the inspection along with CCP Mayor Vithal Chopekdar.
“This is a joint inspection to ensure that the water does not clog around Panaji bus stand area. The coordinated efforts are taken by all the agencies to provide smooth way for the water,” Kunkolienkar said.
CCP mayor said that this is seventh inspection conducted by him to ensure that the water logging around Panaji bus stand area is avoided.
“The schools are going start now and also monsoon is approaching. We want to ensure that the area is not flooded,” he said.
