Panaji : The recent news about the involvement of the son of a BJP leader from South Goa involved in an alleged assault has surfaced on social media. NSUI Goa has demanded that an inquiry be made into.the matter “time and again BJP has failed miserably in Goa and their leaders along with their families have started feeling they own Goa and the power has gone to their head.” Said Ahraz Mulla NSUI President
The NSUI has demanded that the DGP of Goa, should investigate this case with utter seriousness “we will hold agitations in Goa if there is any disrepancies with regards to any proof being distorted” said Mulla.
At the same time NSUI has warned all the ruling officials and the police department to ensure that the victim is given justice failing which the NSUI along with congress party will be on the streets.
Mulla has also said that “The home department has time and again failed to provide enough police and patrolling by female police is still not a reality, across check posts there are no women police and this is a shame to the police department and the CM who heads the department.”
