Panaji: Congress party today stated that as long as BJP led government exists in Goa as well as at Centre, the solution to mining crisis will not be worked out.
Addressing press conference, Congress general secretary Adv Yatish Naik said that since Supreme Court order on February 7, 2018, both State and Central government, ruled by BJP, have miserably failed to solve the State’s mining issue.
“Every problem has a solution. But in this case, the problem is that there is no government intention to work out solution,” he said.
“It is rather becoming clear that the BJP has no intention of solving the mining issue. It is clear that so long as BJP government exists in Goa and at the Centre, they will bring no solution to the mining issue,” he charged.
