Fatorda: Goa Forward Party President Vijai Sardesai has accused BJP-led government of attempting to alter history of the state.

On the sidelines of a controversy wherein names of former Goa CM late Dayanand Bandodkar missing from the government list of eminent personalities, Sardesai tweeted “The @BJP4Goa govt continues to erase #Goan and national history by not allowing govt offices to display portraits of #Goa’s first CM Bandodkar and India’s first PM Nehru. This decision is a dangerous attempt to alter history and we urge the @GovtofGoa not to undermind public sentiment.”
