Panaji:  BJP National President Amit Shah will meet leaders of alliance parties in Manohar Parrikar-led government on Wednesday in Delhi to discuss the current political situation.

Shah will meet Goa Forward Party leader Vijai Sardesai and Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party leader Sudin Dhavalikar in the national capital on Wednesday.

The meeting will be held at the backdrop of two Congress legislators – Subhash Shirodkar and Dayanand Sopte – resigning as MLAs and also from the party to join BJP.

“Congress is becoming more and more irrelevaent in Goa because apart from trying to destabilize the government and in the bargain they  have destablised themselves,” Sardesai told.

“Leaders of alliance partners have been invited to Delhi tomorrow to discuss with BJP National president Amit Shah the present political situation,” he added.
