Panaji: Agassaim police have arrested Shailesh Ghanashyam Haldankar (45) who was absconding since last five years after being booked for cheating and cheque bouncing cases.
Agassaim police arrested the accused who is resident of Manshewada, Dongri. Police said that total 23 non bailable warrants were issued against the accused by different Judicial Magistrate First Class courts regarding cheating and cheque bouncing cases.
