Panaji : 54 Meritorious students who have topped in Marathi subject in the March 2020 XII examination have been be felicitated by the Akhil Gomantak Marathi Vishay Sanghatana (AGMVS)along with 20 Mararthi teachers today on March 22 at 3:30 PM in Institute Menezes Braganza.
The student and teachers received a memento and a certificate. First place winners are those who scored 98%, second place 97% and third 96%.
The organisation has also conducted a state level Marathi essay writing contests for the higher secondary teachers and Anagha Gawas of Shree Shantadurga HSS has won first place, second place is divided among Urvashi Kavalekar of Saraswati HSS and Richa Shirodkar Pirushottam Valavalkar HSS and the third prize is won by Meghana Devari Vidya Prabhodidni HSS. Vithoba Bagli from Kamaleshwar HSS got the first consolation prize while Aruna Prabhudesai from GVM HSS got the second consolation prize.
