Panaji: Speaker Ramesh Tawadkar, who was widely speculated to be inducted into the Pramod Sawant cabinet, has admitted that he is in a dual mind over accepting a ministerial berth.
“If they want to give me ministerial berth, I am in dual mind,” Tawadkar told GNH Editor-in-Chief Rupesh Samant during the program Hub Encounter.
