What happens to current Ford owners ?

Panaji : American multinational automobile manufacturer Ford Motors is winding up its operations in India.
The US carmaker entered the Indian market some 25 years ago but has a less than 2% share of the passenger vehicles market. Ford after incurring a loss of 2 billion decided to wind up.
Ford India has reiterated that they will provide full customer support in a tweet they said- “Ford Committed to Serving Customers: To continue full customer operations with service, aftermarket parts and warranty support; Sale of current portfolio to continue till stock lasts; To shift to iconic global vehicles & electrified SUVs in the future.”
The automobile manufacturer has decided to stop selling hatchbacks like Figo, Freestyle, compact sedan Aspire,  sub-compact SUV EcoSport and full-size SUV Endeavour in the country. The cars will only be available at the showrooms till the stocks last
