Quepem: After abruptly discontinuing the sale of lottery tickets by Quepem Ganeshotsav Mandal, the sale on Monday began at Government College, Quepem.
The sale of the tickets had to be stopped after crowd went out of control. The organizers chose a better and bigger place, that is, hall of Government College, Quepem to sale the tickets.
Eye witnesses revealed that even on Monday, the long queues continued since morning at the hall of the college.
