Panaji: The TCP department has termed it as a ‘fake,’ the post which is being circulated on a social media about permission granted to farm houses near Old Goa churches.
State TCP Minister Vishwajit Rane said that there are no such permission granted and has threatened the police action aggainst the social media handle (Goa_4.Goans), that has been propagating the falsehood.
He also pointed out that one Mr S R Pednekar, who is shown as a Director of TCP in the video, is a non-existent person. “
The locals of Old Goa are up in arm against the alleged farmhouse project near Old goa heritage site. They have planned a protest meeting near the Our lady of Mount Chapel at Old Goa on July 19 at 10.30 am.
