Panaji: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant today announced government plan to set up Maritime Cluster with support from Centre.
Sawant told reporters that government is in talks with Union Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) to help the State in setting up Maritime cluster.
“We have already identified the land and intend to set up the cluster as soon as possible,” Chief Minister said.
“It will also be a big boost to shipbuilding sector and also help the locals MSME,” Sawant added.
