Panaji: Goa government on Thursday issued additional advisory shutting down all the shopping malls and weekly bazaars besides other.
Director of Health Service Jose A D’Sa issued an advisory in addition to the one issued last week in the wake of Covid19 alert.
The advisory has said that operations of all weekly bazaars shall be suspended, all pubs shall remain closed, all coaching classes will be suspended and all shopping malls shall remain closed.
The order shall come into force from 12 midnight of March 20-21 and will remain in force till March 31, 2020.
Meanwhile, health authorities said that there is only three patients under hospital isolation, while seven are in quarantine facility set up by the government.
There is no positive case of coronavirus infection in the state.
Six samples of suspects were sent for testing labouratory on March 18 while two were sent on March 19, an official said.
Total 16,156 passengers were screened at Goa airport till date including 214 on Thursday.
