Panaji: MLA of Curtorim constituency Alexio Reginaldo Loureco asserted that sand mining by suction pumps must be stopped as it damages the Bandhs.
“Sand is needed for constructions but the extraction of sand needs to be undertaken systematically,” said Reginaldo.
