Panaji : Samil Voilvoikar a social worker from Cumbharjua constituency will join Goa Congress party on friday September 3.
Samil Voivoikar was a close confidante of Cumbharjua MLA, Pandurang Madkaikar. Volvoikar had alleged that Cumbharjua constituency is lagging behind in terms of development.
Last month Volvoikar expressed his dissatisfaction with the local MLA alleging his absence and lack of assistance to locals during a crucial pandemic time.
