Panaji: A Russian national lost his life in a road accident at Arambol while US lady suffered injuries, a police officer said.
Police Sub-inspector Aditya Naik Gaonkar said that Russian tourist Denis Belyakov, who was holidaying in Goa, died on spot, in a head-on-collision between two, two-wheelers at Arambol.
” American national Alyssa Dawn Hammel, who was on the other bike, got injured in the accident,” Gaonkar said.
Police said that the Russian, sustained head injury and died on the spot while the American woman injured her leg and was shifted to nearby hospital.
