Roy would have got elected if Congress had to support in Valpoi by-election: Ravi Naik

Margao: Exposing his old wound, former CM and Congress MLA Ravi Naik has said that his son Roy Naik would have got elected for Valpoi by-election, if Congress party had to support him wholeheartedly.
Naik said that none of the Congress leaders came to help out Roy when he was contesting against Vishwajit Rane in Valpoi. “One or two leaders from Congress arrived there, just as a formality to show their face, and then disappeared,” he said.
