The national conference of chairpersons of state PSC’s was inaugurated by Yogi Adityanath, Hon Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh at lucknow on 22/4/23 . Others present were Shri Rajeev Choubey , Member UPSC , Lt Gen Raj Shukla , Member UPSC , Shri Jose Manuel Noronha , Chairman Goa Public Service Commission and Chairman Standing Committee besides other officials of the state of Uttar Pradesh. At the inaugural Shri Yogi Adityanath outlined the various achievements of Uttar Pradesh Public Service commissions and complimented the chairman Shri Sanjay Shrinet for the transparency and efficiency in the working of the UPPSC . Others who spoke included Shri Rajeev Choubey , Shri Noronha and Shri Sanjay Shrinet . The conference discussed many issues concerning public service commissions in the country and was attended by twenty five states across the country. Important agenda items included digital evaluations, framing of recruitment rules , judicial pronouncements in important cases of public service commissions etc . The chief guest for the valedictory program was Justice Rajesh Bindal , honourable Judge Supreme Court of india who in his valedictory address highlighted various issues that come before the constitutional courts regarding recruitment to government offices and he shared some of his experiences with the attendees.
