Panaji: Power Minister Sudin Dhavalikar on Tuesday admitted that the bunch cabling done by his department was a disaster. Without naming former Power Minister Milind Naik, he blamed him for the fiasco.
Participating in the discussion, Mormugao MLA Sankalp Amonkar raised the issue of bunch cabling. He alleged that the entire project was a scam worth Rs 145 crore.
Amonkar sought to know who was the Power minister when this project was approved. He also asked whether existing Power minister was ready to take the responsibility.
Without naming Naik, Dhavalikar said “he is from your constituency only. Mormugao. I cant utter name of the person who is not present in the House. But you all know.”
