Margao: Leader of Opposition and Margao MLA Digambar Kamat on Thursday disclosed that a Margao residence who was working as a health worker has been tested positive for COVID-19 infection.
He has appealed people not to panic.
Kamat posted on social media: One resident of Margao working in Health Department at Vasco is tested positive for Covid19 and is already admitted in Covid Hospital. I appeal to Madgaonkars not to panic. Please maintain physical distancing & hygeine, wear mask & co-operate with Government Authorities. Let us together work to Defeat Corona
