Benaulim: Former chief minister Churchill Alemao speaking on Hub Encounter of GNH claimed that late Manohar Parrikar had told him that Electronic Voting Machines can be manipulated.
In an interview with our Editor-in-Chief Rupesh Samant, Alemao recalled that when he had said that EVM can be manipulated, then the people termed him ignorant.
“Manohar Parrikar was close to me when he fell sick. He told me what is EVM. Parrikar told me that he took all my votes using EVMs. He told me that EVM can be manipulated,” he said.
