Panaji: Former union minister and Goa chief minister Manohar Parrikar are amongst the leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi who were on the hit list of ISI, a story by Republic TV has claimed.
The story that was aired yesterday has quoted the note from intelligence which names many leaders including Parrikar as being on the hit list.
What is important to note that Parrikar during his tenure as defence minister was roaming around freely with the crowd in Goa, connecting to them emotionally.
The television channel has broken a story that Intelligence Bureau notes had revealed Pakistan’s ISI Hired Masood Azhar’s brother had planned to kill PM Modi and seven Indian leaders.
The letter has clearly mentioned that the ministers including Modi, Arun Jaitley, Sushma Swaraj, Amit Shah, Yogi Adityanath, Manohar Parrikar, Rajnath Singh,Venkaiah Naidu are on the hit list.
The secret note has mentioned that ISI hired Masood Azhar’s brother to carry out the plot. The note says that eleven member suicide squad led by Azhar’s distant cousin was trying to assassinate top Indian political leaders.
