Mamata Banerjee arrives on three-day-long Goa visit

Panaji: Trinamool Congress Party Supremo Mamata Banerjee arrived on her three-day-long maiden visit to Goa on Thursday evening.
Banerjee arrived at Dabolim airport around 5.30 pm where she was received by TMC MP Derek O’Brien and other local leaders.
A senior party leader stated that the West Bengal Chief Minister will begin her tour on Friday in the morning by holding meeting with the Goa TMC party leaders followed by visit to the market and also interaction with public.
Banerjee will visit Mangueshi and Mahalsa  Temples later in the evening, which are located around 30 kms away from Panaji, he said.
On Friday evening, she will be holding interaction with community mobilisers.
On October 30, Banerjee is scheduled to hold interaction with the media persons followed by visit to Basilica of Bom Jesus at Old Goa and Bodgeshwar Temple at Mapusa.
As per her schedule, she will interact with vegetable and flower vendors at Mapusa market, nine kms away from here on Saturday.
