Panaji: Kala Academy Goa’s College of Theatre Arts will launch Script Bank to collect and preserve manuscripts of plays (natak), tiatr, one act plays by Goan writers today at a function at Rajiv Kala mandir at 6:30pm at the hands of Govind Gaude, Chairman of Kala Academy and minister of Art and culture. Principal of the college Prof. Ramrao Wagh has appealed to all writers in Goa to come forward and submit their scripts. Details will be uploaded on the website.
The script library will be inaugurated with the donation of 10 scripts by noted theatre personality Vijaykumar Naik. Shushma Gaude, (College librarian) will coordinate the script library. This facility will make available under one roof unpublished scripts for reference and research.
