Panaji: Nilesh Cabral on Wednesday said he has studied his subject well and is very confident to enter into a debate with Valmiki Naik. “I am answerable to Goans hence i did not decline Naik’s debate, let us see what he has different to say during the debate,” Cabral said.
Public will not be allowed to watch the debate at EDC due to COVID19. But media can have a live broadcasting and debate videos can be shared without editing on TV and internet said Cabral.
