Panaji: Hours after Goa News Hub carried a tweet highlighting the Hill Cutting at Kadamba Plateau between Old Goa and Panaji, Town and Country Planning Minister Vishwajit Rane swung into action.
Rane said that the instructions have been issued to stop the hill cutting activity undertaken by Mangalam Builders near Kadamba Plateau.
“I have instructed the department to re-examine the file and put it before the government. In case violations are found, permission will be revoked. Until then, instructins have been given to the department to stop the work carried out by Mangalam Builders.”
