Margao: The high voltage drama was witnessed between the members of Rumdamol Panchayat and Siddhesh Bhagat, panch member of Aquem, Baixo village panchayat.
The incident triggered when the residents of Rumdamol Housing Board caught one person while dumping truckload of garbage near Rumdamol Panchayat Garbage collection station.
Sarpanch Avita Chodankar said that the person who had dumped the garbage was the local and hence was let go after a warning and asking him to clear the mess.
In the meantime, crowd gathered at the spot, following which Maina Curtorim police also arrived. Aquem Baixo Panch member Siddhesh Bhagat also joined the group after which there were some verbal dual. The situation was later calmed down.
