Shirdi, Maharashtra | March 27, 2025 – Team Goa made history at the 65th IBBFF National Bodybuilding & Fitness Championship 2025, held in Shirdi, Maharashtra, from March 24 to 27, by clinching 7 medals with just 10 participants — a first in the state’s sporting history.
The prestigious three-day championship, recognised by the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB), Madrid – Spain, and conducted under the aegis of the Indian Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (IBBFF) – Maharashtra, witnessed exceptional talent from across the country. Goa, though a small team, made a big impact under the banner of the Bodybuilding and Fitness Association of Goa (BFAG).
