Panaji : Goa University’s Marathi Department has organised a national webinar on ‘The changing structure of Marathi novels’ on February 5 from 10:30 AM to 2 PM.
The keynote speaker for the webinar is noted critic Prof Avinash Sapre. Renowned novel writer Pravin Bandekar and Dr Randhir Shinde, HoD Marathi Department at Shivaji University will guide the participants in the webinar.
The legacy of Marathi novel writing has been carried forward and enriched with the contributions of H N Apte, V S Khandekar, Bhalchandra Nemade and the like. There have been interesting changes taking place in the content, structure and presentation of a novel especially post the period of 90s.
