Panaji: Goa Forward Party President Vijai Sardesai today appointed Raj Malik, a young student leader, as President of Goa Youth Forward.
Party’s Vice President Durgadas Kamat in presence of Adv Ashma Sayed, Vice Chairperson, Minority Finance and Development Corporation and Joao (Johny) Nicolau Crasto gave the letter of appointment to Malik this morning.
“Party’s state executive had taken a decision that the party would be expanded further, this appointment is a part of that,” Kamat told reporters.
He said Raj Malik is a young and panch member of pilern panchayat. He is also a student leader.
“All youths would be gathering under him. He would work to make party popular amongst the youth,” Kamat said.
Malik thanked party president Vijai Sardesai, RDA minister Jayesh Salgaoncar and Kamat for giving him opportunity to serve Goa through the party work.
