Goa extends state level curfew till July 12

Panaji,: Goa government on Friday announced extension of current Covid induced State level curfew till July 12.

Chief Minister Pramod Sawant tweeted “State Level Curfew will be extended till 7 am, 12 July 2021.Shops can remain open from 7 a.m to 6 p.m. Saloon and outdoor sports complex/stadium may also open.”

The state level curfew was first imposed in the state on May 09 after which was renewed periodically considering fresh COVID-19 infections in the state.

Goa reported 183 new infections while two persons succumbed to the virus on Friday.
