Panaji: A senior bureaucrat from Goa has taken head on writer Chetan Bhagat over his tweet on Union Ministry of Home Affairs’ circulars on COVID-19.

Kunal, an IAS officer, currently part of state government’s efforts to help migrant labourers, reacted to the tweet by Bhagat where he had sarcastically commented against the MHA guidelines.

Bhagat tweeted three days ago “If you can understand MHA circulars, you can crack the Data Analysis and Comprehension of CAT or any other entrance exam in the world easily.”

Reacting to the tweet, Goa-based civil service officer wrote on Wednesday “Civil services Exams are among the toughest in the world. With patience, orders/circulars can easily be undersood. Read calmly, because each word written in such orders matters.”

Kunal has been posted as Chief Electoral Officer who has successfully handled conduct of State Legislative Assembly elections in Goa.
