Panaji: Former BJP Goa Spokesman Dattaprasad Naik on Tuesday recalled how two youth leaders Bhavesh Zambaulikar and Siddhesh Naik were mercilessly beaten up by police led by then Chief Minister Digambar Kamat for a protest march at Directorate of Health Service over alleged bogus job letters.
Naik was indirectly referring to the statement by Kamat that during his tenure he never resorted to use of police against the agitators.
