Panaji: Total 344 new cases of COVID-19 infection was reported in Goa on Monday, taking the total tally to 21,173.
The health department official said that 588 people were recovered on Monday, after which 16,427 people have been declared as recovered by the state government.
In all 1,560 samples were tested, 850 were negative, 344 were positive and 366 reports are awaited.
Nine people died on Monday taking the death toll to 245 in the coastal state.
