Panaji: Total 457 new cases of COVID-19 infection was reported in Goa on Tuesday, taking the total tally to 21,630.
The health department official said that 448 people were recovered on Tuesday, after which 16,875 people have been declared as recovered by the state government.
In all 2,242 samples were tested, 1,317 were negative, 457 were positive and 468 reports are awaited.
Eleven people died on Tuesday taking the death toll to 256 in the coastal state.
